The hotel is situated in a really great neighborhood with excellent surrounding restaurants and businesses, making it an ideal location. The rooms are easily accessible from the elevator but are showing signs of wear and tear, which slightly affects the overall comfort. The service from the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Staying at the hotel was an excellent experience overall with very nice rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The staff, while not especially friendly at the desk, were helpful and cooperative. The location was superb, close to Syracuse University and surrounded by interesting stores and places to eat. The dining options were good, better than anticipated, with the omlet chef making your eggs to order, but somewhat limited. The facilities were top-notch, offering a great stay with good value for money.
